They are experienced professionals in ramp and cargo handling, they maintain close liaison with the Ground Handler and ensure proper execution of formalities to the satisfaction of our GSSA and Charter partners.

Incoming passenger acceptance and guidance to baggage claim areas and terminal exit,
Lost, damaged and transfer baggage processes of incoming passengers (if any),
