Customer Service Agent – FedEx

Job Role

  • Process and manage freight billing accurately, ensuring timely invoice distribution.
  • Support inside sales activities by handling inquiries and providing relevant product information.
  • Respond promptly to daily requests for quotations and follow up to secure business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update internal records and trackers, providing regular updates as needed.

Requirements

  • O/L or eqvivalant educational qualifications
  • Preferably one year of work Experience/Industry experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and follow up diligently.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales coordination, or logistics is preferred.
