Key tasks preformed during the Project:

Conduct cargo surveys at Client’s site

Based on the survey findings, since the cargo exceeding the standard shipping parameters had to referred to carrier and MPL

Z

Obtain approval from Male port since the unit weight and the dimensions exceeding the parameters

Z

Obtain approval from Liner for the OOG cargo

Z

Obtain approval from all respective Transshipment ports

Z

Based on the feedback of Carrier and MPL, we have realigned our operational plan and submitted the proposal to the client to get their approval

Z

Once we received the approval from the client, started the customs formalities

Z

Have arranged booking formalities with Liner

Z

Deployed the required labour and the equipment at the site

Z

Commence the wooden packing arrangements to secure the long length cargo

Z

Arranging to transfer of empty 40’OT to the client project site using a Dhoni

Z

After completing the wooden packing, arrange the loading of the equipment to the empty 40’OT, once completed the lashing, placed the CNTR seal in front of Customs officer. Unit transferred from project site to MPL

Z

Second unit, Crane Chassis transferred to the port in order to load the unit into the 40’FR

Z

Arrange lasing and choking at MPL, completed the customs examine formalities.

Handing over the cargo to MPL for preparation of loading the completed units to the vessel
