Scope:
Applying for permits through Government authorities
Customs clearance of the Breakbulk Shipment including 4 Transformers
Arranging customs officers on board the Vessel for cargo inspection and clearance
Discharging from the Mother Vessel and transporting of Cargo from Anchorage to the Jetty, and delivering and unloading at the site
Placing of transformers onto the multi-axle trailer, lashing and transport to the site with stooling down
Key operations of the Project:
Conducting route surveys, and pre-planning of resources and machinery
Presenting the client with a detailed operational plan and obtaining approval
Arranging freight from Shanghai, China to the Maldives and mobilising equipment from Sri Lanka to the Maldives
Importation of 6 heavy units (04 x 67 Ton transformers and 02 x 22 Ton transformers) and other accessories totalling up to 9,362 Freight Tons
Mobilisation & de-mobilisation of Project equipment (2 Heavy-duty Pullers, Multi Axel Trailer, Stools, Beams &Weight Bricks)
Mother Vessel handling agency functions
Arranging of Marine Craft for unloading of breakbulk cargo
Customs clearance of vessel, cargo and equipment
Facilitation of delivery and storage of cargo at Airport Island, Hulhumale and Male
Heavy-duty Logistics.
